Refund Policy

I want you to feel good about working with me — and to know exactly what you’re committing to before you do. Here’s how refunds work across everything I offer.

The Soulforce Arts Studio (membership)

The Studio is a year-long commitment — deep work in a small, intentional community that takes real time to take root. Because of that, Studio memberships are non-refundable. If you join on an installment plan, you’re committing to the full term, and the remaining payments are still due.

This isn’t me being rigid — it’s why we talk first. Before anyone joins, we have a real conversation to make sure the Studio is genuinely right for you. That’s how we both avoid a mismatch.

Private lessons

Private lessons are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, reach out and we’ll find another time. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

The Try-Harder Trap webinar

The on-demand webinar comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If it’s not for you, email me within 14 days of your purchase and I’ll refund you.

The book

Soulforce is sold through Amazon and other booksellers, so their return policies apply. If you bought a copy directly from me at an event, reach out and we’ll sort it out.

If something isn’t working

More than any policy, I care about you actually getting the results you came for. So if something isn’t working, or the fit isn’t what we hoped — don’t sit with it. Reach out. We’ll work it through in good faith, and that may include some extra one-to-one time with me to help with your specific situation.

This is my commitment to you. It isn’t a guarantee of a refund — it’s a guarantee that I’ll do right by you.
